ABOUT MALIA LOVE Malia Love is an international award-winning vocalist, songwriter, performer, and vocal coach with decades of professional experience. She has earned three gold records, opened for The Temptations, and shared the stage with legendary artists, including Percy Sledge, Freddie Jackson, and Regina Belle. Malia currently stars in Motown Gold in theatres across Canada and leads her own 11-piece funk and soul band, Malia and the Love Machine. Along with her extensive performance experience, Malia has a formal musical education in vocal studies, music theory, and musicianship. Online sessions provide the same professional instruction, personalized exercises, and artist-development guidance as in-person training. Sessions may include: Vocal technique and breath control Expanding your range, strength, and flexibility Pitch, tone, projection, and vocal clarity Song interpretation and performance coaching Confidence building and stage preparation Personalized exercises and practice assignments Please note: Online vocal performances cannot be professionally recorded. However, you will receive the same dedicated coaching, practical tools, and structured support to help your voice grow. IN-PERSON PRIVATE SESSION — $130 In-person clients receive personalized, hands-on training in a professional, soundproof vocal booth using state-of-the-art microphones and recording software. Your session may include: Individual vocal assessment and coaching Professional microphone technique Studio and live-performance preparation Song interpretation and performance development Hands-on vocal exercises and immediate feedback Professional recording experience Every in-person session is recorded, allowing you to take your vocal performance and lesson home. You can listen back, review your coach’s guidance, practise independently, and track your progress over time.
